Author Guidelines

Guidelines for Authors

Objective

The purpose of these guidelines is to establish quality and formatting standards for the submission of articles to the Training Journal. The aim is to ensure consistency and clarity of publications, facilitating peer review and reader comprehension.

Example of in-text citation: According to Smith (2021), strength training is essential for improving athletic performance.

Example of reference: Smith, J. (2021). Effects of strength training on running speed. Training Journal, 10(2), 55-62.

Tables and Figures

  • Numbering: Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively and have a descriptive title.
  • Quality: Images should be clear and sharp.
  • Source: The source of images and tables that are not of the author's own must be indicated.

Article Submission

  • Format: The article must be submitted in Word format.
  • Platform: Use the journal's article submission platform.
  • Supplementary files: If necessary, supplementary files (data, videos, etc.) can be submitted.

Peer Review

The journal uses a double-blind peer review system. Authors do not know the identity of the reviewers, and vice versa.

Ethical Considerations

Authors must comply with the ethical principles of research and ensure that their study has been approved by the appropriate ethics committee.

[Include any other specific rules or requirements of the journal here]

Note: It is advisable to include specific examples of how to cite different types of sources (books, journal articles, web pages, etc.) to facilitate understanding by authors.
