Abstract

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the creation of the UNAH-Society magazine by the Directorate of University-Society Engagement and the ninth edition of this publication, we are proud to reflect on the achievements and progress of a decade of commitment and collaborative work. This anniversary is a significant milestone that celebrates the impact of our initiatives in building bridges between the university and the various sectors of Honduran society. With the slogan “A New Story Is Being Written,” we renew our commitment to innovation, inclusion, and sustainable development, reaffirming the fundamental role that UNAH plays in generating knowledge and social transformation. Through this magazine, we share the most relevant projects, the most significant experiences, and the testimonials of those who, with dedication and passion, have made progress in strengthening the ties between academia and the community. With this edition, we celebrate a new stage, a stage of growth, learning, and renewal, with our sights set on continuing to build a story of positive impact for Honduran society. We thank everyone who has been part of this project, and we trust that each page of this magazine will continue to inspire new initiatives and partnerships that further enrich our university-community engagement.
