Need for Psychiatric Evaluation in Children in the Context of the Pandemic

Abstract

Our interest in reporting this case arises from the lack of attention to the mental health of children and adolescents in our environment during the pandemic. Despite being exposed to different stressors, neither parents, teachers, doctors or nurses identify these problems nor do we refer them to mental health clinics in a timely manner.
