Abstract

The research addresses an issue of social and legal crisis in Honduras, due to the increase anddecrease of penalties with Decree 130-2017 of the Penal Code, which supports and substantiates the advantages and disadvantages of criminal offenses. -based, rape and human trafficking in matters of childhood, in order to identify and clarify those doubts of the daily practice of the Honduran people and the Rights of children regulated in the interna-tional framework to which Honduras is a part.
